3. Once you see the Properties screen, click on the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) which will then be highlighted. When done, click on the Properties button again found towards the bottom right of the window. You can likewise simply double-click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
4. Under the General Tab, which is where youll be, click on the radio button for Use the following DNS server addresses which will allow you to manually setup a DNS server address.

1. First, open your Command Prompt as the admin.
2. Next is to use this command for the 1st DNS IP address. Enter netsh interface followed by ip add then
dns name=Ethernet addr=8.8.4.4 index=1
3. Then use this command for the 2nd DNS IP address. Enter netsh interface followed by ip add then
dns name=Ethernet addr=8.8.8.8 index=2
4. You can use this command to check if your DNS changes are already in effect
ipconfig /all
